Return Eligibility (Within 3 Days)

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.

Requests submitted after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for return.

Exchange Eligibility (Within 7 Days)

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for:

• Size issues
• Fit concerns
• Eligible product exchanges

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative solution may be offered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotional events marked as non-returnable.
• Products showing signs of wear, use, washing, alterations, or damage caused after delivery.
